📌 Booking Policy: Please arrive with clean lashes. Avoid coffee or caffeine before your appointment. No extra guests allowed. Avoid low ponytails—they can be uncomfortable during your appointment. Use the restroom before your appointment. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. ⏰ Late Policy: Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee will be applied. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. 📅 Same-Day Cancellation Fee: Cancelling on the same day of your appointment will result in a 20% fee of your scheduled service total. Your deposit will also be forfeited. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees. 🔄 Rescheduling Policy: Notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. You have 3 days to reschedule your appointment without needing a new deposit. If you do not reschedule within 3 days, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable. If I reschedule your appointment, you’ll receive $10 off your service.
